Reatinus - "Our next target is the Psionic Tower of Whisper. Having destroyed its sister tower, you will be familiar with this task. The only significant difference is that this tower is guarded by an ancient demon.
Goloshia was one of the demon princess who wanted to destory the Eristars. He led a dreadful army of fiends to our shores but The One conqured his mind. You can guess what happened next - Coloshia turned on his soldiers, killing some of them and imprisoning others.
That Controlling Crystal you acquired is the key to Goloshia's mind. Use it to set him free. Then he will turn on the Lost around him. In the ensuing chaos... kill him."

Walk-through[]
Go to the Psionic Tower: Whisper. Go to the top and when next to the demon Goloshia go into your bag and use the Controlling Crystal. Then kill Goloshia.
