Guard of Elemental King is a level 60 monster found at Sinskaald Rift, Vita Spring: Twilight
It gave me 345 experience at level 59.
They never drop coins.
Note that all Sinskaald Rift monsters have a rare chance of dropping General's Symbol. The Guard of Elemental King does not specifically drop it. Also, if you are looking for warrior armor, they drop several barbarian fighter helmets(of defense, attack, etc.) and barbarian fighter pauldrons(both green items)(defense and attack). These are also an excellent source of demonic ash and sometimes volcanic ash and vita spring drops. I find that they drop warrior armor every 12-15 or so kills.
