The Camp of Hemir is located on the northernmost islands in The Whispering Islands region. It is a friendly uni-race encampment with several questgivers and merchants. Bordering the camp is a teleport master. You can also find a storage box sitting beside a fence to cater banking needs.
Hemir, the head of the camp, gives a daily quest that involves killing Bullettes and Gray Lizards.
