Black Rock Watcher Buck is a trappable Epic Mount for Elves. Other races will need to buy the Race Permit for Elves to be able to ride deer mounts.
The Black Rock Watcher Buck is required for the Deer Sled mount Achievement.
As with all Epic Mounts that are trappable, a global announcement will appear when it spawns, including the zone it spawns in. Epic Mounts only spawn during a specific week. (Refer to the Mount Week Chart.)
This mount has appeared in the Black Market for Hero Emblems.

- PvP zone: East of Coldring near Gelinu, follow the road south until seeing a flat platform overlooking the shallow pool to the East. The Black Rock Watcher Buck spawns in the center of that platform.
